I love stories of myth and legend. I
also love paintings and illustrations
with s strong contrast between light
and shadow. I created this painting in
order to teach myself how to work
with that type of lighting and also how
to alter a photograph from a realistic
to a fantasy image. So, I wet my hair
down, propped up some lights, tried
not to shiver too much with all that
wet hair hanging down my back, and
had the husband take some pictures
for me. This was the end result.
